Yardline
Last updated: June 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Yardline (“Yardline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Yardline mobile app, website, and coaching services (together, the “Service”). Yardline is operated by Dylan Beck, a sole proprietor. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at yardlinefit@gmail.com.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, we access only the specific health and fitness data types you authorize (such as workouts or body measurements) and only to provide and personalize features of the Service. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising or marketing, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. You can revoke this access at any time in your device’s Health settings.
When you use the Service, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically receive limited technical data needed to operate and secure the Service, such as your IP address, basic device and browser information, and app activity (for example, error and request logs). We do not use third-party advertising networks, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your account and associated personal data from our systems. We may retain certain limited records where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and authentication safeguards provided by our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at yardlinefit@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise the core of these rights yourself: you can view and update your information in the app, and you can permanently delete your account and associated data under Settings → Delete account. For any other request, contact us at yardlinefit@gmail.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the rights above include the rights provided under California law.
Yardline is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
