How is this different from a generic workout app?

Three ways. Every exercise carries its own demo video, so you never guess at form. Your training syncs to the calendar you already run your life on. Who is each plan for?

Playbook is for the self-starter: you get the full system and run it yourself. The Reset is for the man who wants a coach setting the plan and a small crew keeping him consistent for 16 weeks. 1-on-1 is for the man who wants everything built around him specifically — schedule, injuries, travel, all of it. If you're not sure, start with The Reset; you can always apply for 1-on-1 later.

Do I need a gym or a pile of equipment?

No. Programs are built around a pair of dumbbells and resistance bands — a bench or sturdy chair helps. If you have a full gym, great, we'll use it. If you have a corner of the garage, that works too.

How does coaching communication actually work?

Inside the app. The Reset runs on a weekly live group call plus the cohort community. 1-on-1 adds a direct message line to me with priority response, plus a weekly personal check-in where I review your training, your nutrition, and a form video if you send one. No email chains, no lost threads.

How fast will I see results?

Honest answer: strength moves first — most men add weight to their lifts within 2–3 weeks. Visible change usually shows in 8–12 weeks of consistent work. Anyone promising a transformation in 14 days is selling you a photo angle. We build for years, and the first 16 weeks is where it turns.

How does the guarantee work?

On coaching, it's accountability — not a refund gimmick. On The Reset and 1-on-1, we set your goals together, you do the work for your full block, and if you hold up your end and we still miss them, your next block is free. On Playbook, you start with a 7-day free trial and cancel anytime, so you never have to guess whether it's for you.

What's the 1-on-1 application and fit call about?

The application takes about two minutes — your goal, your schedule, your history. If it looks like a fit, we get on a short call so I can hear the details and you can ask anything. It's a scoping conversation, not a sales ambush. If I'm not the right coach for what you need, I'll say so.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Reset graduates roll into Playbook with their plan intact. Playbook members can join a Reset cohort or apply for 1-on-1 anytime. Nothing resets when you move — your history travels with you.

When do I start?

The day you join, you're onboarded — app access, intake, your roadmap. Your first training week begins the following Monday, alongside everyone who joined that week.

How do I cancel Playbook?

In the app, two taps. Your access runs to the end of what you paid for. No retention phone call, no hidden cancel page.

Is there a free version?

No — and that's deliberate. Playbook has a 7-day free trial so you can judge the app properly, but Yardline is a premium tool with a real coach behind it, not an ad-supported feed. You're the client here, not the product.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. The Reset can be split into 3 payments of $457, and 1-on-1 blocks into 3 payments of $897. Pay in full and you get a bonus private strategy call with me — a full hour on your training, your nutrition, or whatever you want to put on the table.

Is my payment secure?
